Pool Area and Jacuzzi were clean. Our room was very spacious. The staff was awesome: helpful, friendly, and professional! The General Manager was attentive and took care of a tv issue right away. The night shift front desk gal had great customer service and just a really pleasant demeanor. Even my teenager told me how wonderful she was when he needed her help. Great team up there! we have a season pass for Granite peak and this is our second time staying here. we have stayed at 5 other hotels and have decided this is the best one!

Booking.com did not reserve my room. I had to pay for another room, yet was charge by booking.com for the room they never reserved. The hotel and staff were excellent, booking.com was the issue. All these years of using you as my vacation search for motels and more, may no longer happen, if charges for the room we did not get reserved by booking.com, show up on my credit card. I wrote to booking on the day this took place

The hotel and staff were great! Rooms were clean and so was the pool area. The location is within walking distance to so many food options! The room had a microwave and refrigerator as well for leftovers! The hot tub was definitely HOT, which was nice after a day at Granite Peak (which was a short drive away!)

Location of the hotel was very convenient, just a few minutes from ski resort! Granite peak ski resort is Awesome. Spa and pool were kept clean with available extra towels to keep you dry and warm after... Free breakfast, convenient morning coffee and quick snack.

It was quiet, nice free breakfast with great coffee, close to many good restaurants and the freeway. The room was clean, and the bed comfy and a fridge which I used to store water, drinks and snacks. They had direct TV with many channels to choose from.
